I could not be happier with the service that Albert and his team provide at the Frederick, MD Milex location. I have been taking my vehicles to Albert for years. He always takes the time to explain everything to me in detail so that I know exactly what I'm getting into before the work is done. All repairs are always done correctly the first time. On top of all that, the service always comes with a friendly smile, which also goes a long way. This is a first class operation.

My check engine light came on, they were able to see my car the next morning. I was extremely worried about pricing and making sure my car was taken care of. Heather was more than professional and helpful with my situation. Assured me through the whole process that everything would be fine and checked in with me about each step to have my car back on the road.
