Milex staff went out of their way to get the part that I needed, which was in VERY short supply (3 in the northern hemisphere!). They kept me informed of the status of my repair during the entire process, and even found a way to save me over $100 on the cost of the repair. I will never go anywhere else for car maintenance and/or repairs!
