Steve took very good care of me - he explained everything so I understood, talked with warranty company for me, treated me with much respect and even when I call with questions, he is always helpful and takes time with me!

The owner Albert Daniel was ordered to pay me the $4700 in damages his shop caused to my car. he has tried everything from avoiding my calls (never called me after requesting call backs for the better part of a year) and pretended like everything was alright. well the ruling against him proved everything isnt alright. the issue involved his shop messing up the wiring job they were hired to do which caused permanent damage to my nissan gtr's transmission module and the brand new clutches that were installed. im not over inflating the story when i say he refused to speak to me at all. it wasnt until he got served that he finally called me after the better part of a year and he claimed "i pay managers to handle these things". when i asked if the managers could handle refunds he said "no i dont even write checks....my wife is the one that handles that". i then asked if they need your approval and they dont have the ability to decide on their own why wouldnt you call me even just once to discuss?? he replied with "i thought the issue was resolved".....somehow he thought months of me and my father calling day after day and his employees emailing and calling him day after day to call me back meant that the issue was "resolved". in short dont risk having damage done to your new or old vehicle at this shop. the owner needed ME to explain how the components in the car worked and thats not something that should happen with someone that claims to be a certified tech. oh also fun bit of info....the owner refuses to send tech to get a recert or to go to training to keep their certs up to date. in other words he believes in a 1 cert and thats it for life even though your reuired to go to training and to take a recert every 5 years according to the information easily searchable online......i guess when ur hurting for money those recerts r throw away even though he still claims to be certified.

This situation has been over inflated and exaggerated. In addition there is still pending litigation...
