These guys were very friendly, professional and accomodating.

My brothers truck broke down on his way back to eastern shore and I wanted to go somewhere local so I called Milex and told them of the problem he said no problem bring it in. They diagnosed the problem, fixed and said they cleaned all the transmission fluid from under my brothers truck and flushed his transmission to the tune of $387.00. My brothers truck went 21 miles after that and that was it. We looked under the truck and the only thing they cleaned was the spot where it was wiped of near a plug that was replaced. The rest of the under carnage was a wreck. I had it towed to Ammco in Fredrick where Mike the owner met us on his day off and really fixed the problem. Milex may do some auto mechanics right but never take a transmission problem to them. Was a waste of $387.00 as far as I am concerned. Lee Lucas

Hands down best auto service I’ve ever had. Competent and courteous service and I’ve never been sold anything that my car doesn’t need. They’re thorough and practical. Milex really knows their customers and they REALLY know cars. We’ve taken cars there for 8 or 9 years now and never a regret.

Very happy with this shop and customer services is fabulous. They always remember our names and the type of cars we have and are happy to just chat and laugh and make you feel like you are important to them. They are not like other shops where you feel like your being rushed to make your payment and get out; no one talks to you or even looks at you for fear you may ask them a question and then they are stuck talking to you. They are always happy to answer any questions we may have, even about one of our other cars that aren't in for service, and they give us honest opinions and advice on different things when we ask. Milex is simply an all around great place with a comfortable and friendly atmosphere. Visit them the next time you have car problems...from their excellent customer services to their quality and reliability of the work they do, you will be very happy you did.
