Excellent service

I was in/out in 1 1/2 hours oil change and several other things to be replaced. They are very good to communicate with and explains everything well. I'm very pleased with their customer service. 😀

I don't trust my maintenance to anyone else. Milex finds issues I'm not aware of, but doesn't push unneeded things. They thoroughly test to determine scope of problem and best course of action. They found my car low on coolant that I wasn't aware of, then suggested pressure test for leak detection. No leaks found, so a flush and fill is all was needed.

The Frederick location, has always taken care of anything needed to be done for my vehicle. I appreciate their honesty and willingness to help me with getting my car back on the road. The staff is nice and easy to work with.

I found this shop by chance. I had car trouble and this was the closest place. I'm glad I did. They were able to look at my car right away, were very informative and friendly. I was back on the road right away. I will be getting my car fixed there from now on.
